Solutions Developer

• Proven track record of consistently delivering robust enterprise applications using J2EE technologies
• Extensive experience with J2EE, SQL, HTML, XML/XSLT, and JavaScript required
• Experience with the following technologies a plus: Apache Cocoon, Tomcat, Velocity, FOP, Ant, JUnit, and Postgresql
• Participation in open source projects and experience with agile development methodologies (XP, etc) a plus
• Excellent written/oral communication skills and experience communicating directly with customers throughout the entire lifecycle of a project

Inside Sales

• Inside sales position focused on scheduling appointments with Executives of major Fortune 1000 companies
• Minimum of 5 years telesales experience in the enterprise B2B space (preferably in the High Tech sector)
• Outstanding results in operating in environment with high call volume requirements
• Experienced in using various databases and researching tools to target prospective companies
• Extremely well organized and meticulous in follow up
• Professional phone etiquette

Technical Project Manager

• Project management experience in a customer-facing capacity
• Quantitative/logical mind, with the ability to construct sound mathematical models
• Solid understanding of conventional financial analysis, including NPV, rate of return, cash flow, IRR, etc.
• Basic programming skills, with an understanding of variables, arrays, data types, and Boolean logic
• Experience with XML/XSLT, HTML, Java, and VBA a plus
• Solid written and oral communication skills
